On the pricing page, select your plan and click ‘Change’ or ‘Upgrade.’ We’ll bill your new subscription right away, and unused fees from your current plan will be automatically refunded according to your billing cycle.

Certainly, in addition, CustoMeow is based on account subscription and charges a cumulative order processing fee for all stores under the account. You can connect different stores from various platforms and enjoy a unified tiered pricing structure.

Transaction fees are charged per CustoMeow item sold, not per order.

If an order includes 5 different CustoMeow-powered products, you’ll be charged 5 transaction fees (one for each unique personalized item).

If an order includes 1 personalized product with a quantity of 5, you’ll be charged only 1 transaction fee, because CustoMeow generates a single personalized file for that item.
