Can I add a add-on price for custom features?

Yes, first go to My Store - find the SKU that has the integrated custom feature, click on the custom feature for this SKU - in the custom feature quick window, find the add-on price.

Why can't I see my order in CustoMeow?

You can troubleshoot based on the following scenarios: The free plan has exceeded the limit for syncing orders; Your order is in an unpaid status. CustoMeow only syncs orders that have been paid for (except for AliExpress).

Where can I see all the customization data for an order?

To view all the customization data for an order in CustoMeow, you can click on the "View Custom Data" button. This page includes all the data customized by the user, along with previews and production templates for the customization features.

How do I use a design template for production?

You need to create another design template specifically for production, ensuring the size and color mode match the production files. Go to the customization feature - switch to the connect data interface, click on the "Import Design Template for Production" button to pass the custom data.

How to Pay for Order Transaction Fees?

You don't need to settle the payments separately; we will automatically deduct the transaction fees for eligible orders with your next subscription cycle. Additionally, the fees are automatically calculated based on the number of orders within this subscription period.

After I cancel my subscription, can I get a refund for the remaining days?

If you cancel your subscription now, we will automatically refund the remaining subscription fee based on the number of days used. Additionally, any order processing fees will be calculated before the cancellation. This ensures you have nothing to worry about.
